North Arrow Log Homes of Michigan Specializing in Handcrafted Log Homes and Log Cabins
Our team enjoys building these fine hand crafted log homes. Some ask us just how it is possible to make so many people say, "Wow!". The answer is: "God makes these things...we just put them together". | | Shown to the left and in the close up photo below - The North Arrow Team with Owner Alex Rivers in the middle. Together they have created many vacation homes as well as retirement homes. The majority of our log homes are 2000 to 3000 sq. ft.

"More than a log home...we're building your dreams!" Because every North Arrow Log Home and Timber Structure is custom built and hand crafted, each is a unique, sculpted form with a size and layout all its own. |
 | Our Log homes are constructed with full length natural round (not machined) logs. We work with three methods: the Scandinavian Chinkless, the Double Scribe Lateral Grove, and the Traditional Chink style

Visit our History Page to learn more about our past, our name and years of dedication to our clients.
Log home building has been in the Kelley family since the early 1900's. Lyle's great grandfather David Parrish began building Log camps for the timber workers, then small log homes for family members, then larger log homes for the family. As people began to come north for summer vacations he began to build for the tourist.

More log homes were built and more arrows were placed pointing North. Lyle named the business after that arrow that points North and we continue with the tradition of putting an arrow in our log homes that points North. Our arrows are all hand made, cedar shafts, with real turkey feathers and a real hand chipped stone arrowhead.
